Stoddy Mac LLC – Tech-Life Coaching

1. Purpose
Stoddy Mac LLC provides one-on-one coaching services to help individuals and families build healthier relationships with technology. These sessions are not therapy, medical advice, or licensed mental health care. They're for clarity, support, and forward movement.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book or participate in a coaching session.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations
All sessions are booked via Motion and take place over Google Meet or phone. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. Each client may reschedule up to 3 times per 6-month period.

4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is required at the time of booking. No account is required to book.

5. Refunds
Sessions are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation by Stoddy Mac LLC.

6. Confidentiality
All sessions are private and confidential. Notes are not shared unless requested in writing by the client.

7. Technology
Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet or phone connection at the time of the session. No-shows due to tech issues may count as a missed session.

8. Limitation of Services
Stoddy Mac LLC does not provide clinical therapy or legal/financial advice. If you are in crisis or need mental health support, please seek help from a licensed provider.

9. Updates
Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any changes.
